Configure Event based messages in Smart Office - Events Part 3 of 6

a) Check program CRS424.  If Event-based messages are already active you don't need to do anything further

b) If Event-based messages is present but not active, simply change the record and make it active.

c) If Application Message Type 12 is missing then you need to Create Message Types first.  After creation go back to b) above and activate.
